Welcome to the website for West St Leonards Neighbourhood Forum, which is responsible for promoting the improvement, development and protection of the designated neighbourhood area.
Progress is still slow, because of a lack of financial support to enable us to employ a planning consultant to help us finalise our draft neighbourhood

On February 19 Hastings BC published their revised Local Plan and opened it for consultation: following our exhibition about the local plan on March 28 2026 which was very well attended we prepared and submitted 10 papers as our response. Details are here on our Neighbourhood Plan page.
